This Privacy Policy describes how National Health & Your Information Portal ("NHYIP," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in the United States in connection with our website, emails, and other online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect from and about users of the Services in the United States. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that are linked from our Services. Where we provide a different privacy notice for a specific product, feature, or event, that notice will govern to the extent of any conflict.
Health Information Notice
NHYIP provides educational content about medications, supplements, diseases, health care, and wellness. We are not a health care provider, health plan, or health care clearinghouse, and information you share with us through the Services is generally not protected health information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Do not submit confidential medical records. If we ever act as a service provider to a covered entity in a manner subject to HIPAA, we will handle information in accordance with applicable agreements and laws.

We do not sell personal information for money. California Consumer Privacy Notice
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), we provide the following disclosures regarding our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in the preceding 12 months:
- Categories collected: Identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP address), internet or network activity, geolocation (approximate), inferences drawn from usage, and information you voluntarily provide (e.g., health and wellness interests). Depending on interactions, we may also collect customer records (contact details). We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation, biometric information, government identifiers, or financial account numbers via the Services.

- Disclosures for business purposes: To service providers and for security, legal, and operational purposes.
- Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers and internet/activity data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described above.

Nevada
Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information by emailing [email protected] with the subject line: "Nevada Opt-Out." We do not currently sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.
Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah
Residents of these states may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling. Submit requests and appeals as described in Your Privacy Choices and Rights.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us information may contact [email protected].
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and our legal or operational needs.

Do Not Track

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above indicates when this Policy was last revised. Material changes will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
